Campaign, cohort, and experiment reporting with detailed drilldowns.
From tap to funnel.
Collected from blocks and campaigns already running, consent permitting.
Teams read the comparison and decide what to keep, change, or roll back.
Bar widths illustrate funnel shape only. They are not measured results.
Five ways to read it.
Campaign performance
Reports can show configured delivery, viewing, interaction, and conversion outcomes by campaign.
Cohort analysis
Teams can compare performance across defined groups of users.
Experiment results
Variant outcomes can be compared using the events.
Funnel reporting
Configured stages can show movement from targeting or delivery.
Detailed drilldowns
Teams can investigate results by available campaign, block, channel, audience, or variant dimensions.
Wired once, reporting daily.
Connect the REST API
Connect the application through the REST API to send content impressions, interactions, and defined outcome events.
Define event semantics
Document what each event means, when it fires, which identifiers it carries, and how duplicates are handled.
Validate captured data
Check test traffic for missing events, unexpected duplication, inconsistent identifiers, and unsuitable sensitive fields.
Review content reporting
Use the available reporting views to compare observed delivery.
Where the numbers land.
Guidance Content Review
A bank could compare observed impressions and interactions for alternative guidance blocks in a servicing flow.
Onboarding Step Analysis
A fintech could review where users interact with or dismiss educational content during wallet onboarding.
Renewal Message Monitoring
An insurer could monitor supplied delivery and interaction events for policy renewal content.
History has a start date.
No Retroactive Events
Analytics cannot reconstruct impressions, interactions, or outcomes that the application did not capture and send.
Observation Is Not Causation
Analytics reports observed events and does not by itself establish that content caused a business outcome.
What gets asked back.
Which metrics are available?
Available metrics depend on the events and outcome definitions connected to ContentFlow, including configured impressions, interactions, deliveries, and conversions.
Does Analytics replace an enterprise data platform?
No. It provides ContentFlow campaign, cohort, experiment, and drilldown reporting, but broader enterprise analysis may still require external data systems.
How much integration work is required?
Teams must connect the events and identifiers required for each report through available integrations. Production integration today uses the REST API. Native SDKs for React Native, iOS, Android and Web are in preview and are not generally available. The @contentflow/cli package is not published yet.
